how it works


After our COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION to determine how we can best serve you, we will create a custom package based on just what you need and want from us. Then we'll lead you step by step through our wedding planning process. We start with a meeting to explore your WEDDING CELEBRATION VISION FOR 2, that’s the two of you. We will listen to your story, ideas and desires while we offer suggestions and guidance. Your big day is your day, not ours, so the decisions will be made by you and then we follow through.

YOUR PERSONAL TOP PRIORITIES FOR YOUR BIG DAY will be determined. Every couple’s priorities, style and vibe are different. We will get personal to make your celebration personal. Your preferences are determined to help us, help you. We will be available to you via phone, text and email as much as needed throughout the planning process as well as multiple meetings in person.

Next, we talk DOLLARS AND SENSE and you tell us what your budget is. You decide how flexible or inflexible your budget is. We are here to help you dream big yet be realistic and stick to your decisions. Your priorities will help to break out your overall budget into all the different services you’ll need for the ceremony and reception. This will help us in suggesting the best Event Pros for you to review. 

BUILDING THE BEST WEDDING DAY TEAM for you is a critical part of ensuring you will enjoy your big day as guests! We will attend meetings with you and the potential Event Pros to help you select the best fit for you. Once your wedding day team is built and services are determined, we will NEGOTIATE AND REVIEW CONTRACTS for you. After contracts are agreed upon and signed, we’ll remind you when payments are due to keep you on track. 

Now it’s time for THE ASSEMBLY. We assist you with all the little details as much as you’d like us to, including: your stationery suite & signage, flowers & décor & lighting, photography & videography, music & entertainment, creating your playlist, lodging & transportation, beauty & attire, food & beverage service & tastings, overall design, ceremony planning, favors & gifts, etc. This includes taking your vision for 2 and developing your overall DESIGN CONCEPT with a common thread running throughout. We’ll talk about event flow, the timing for the day from the time you will wake up until it’s time to turn in for the night. We’ll determine set up and strike instructions for every space, every table.

We’ll discuss and prepare PLAN “B” because although we can control a lot of things, we unfortunately cannot control Mother Nature. You will have a comfort level with Plans “A” and “B” going into your wedding celebration knowing it will be fabulous either way. Ultimately, you are marrying the love of your life after all. We will prepare/assemble all the necessary documents, your BIG DAY DOSSIER, to allow us to manage your celebration: Set Up & Strike Instructions, Timeline, Banquet Event Order (if applicable), Photo List, Ceremony & Reception Diagrams, Guest List & Seating Chart, Ceremony Instructions, Entertainment Instructions and more!

We will attend and direct your WEDDING CEREMONY REHEARSAL to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly and that your family and wedding party are all in the know.

ON YOUR BIG DAY, we will guide you through ensuring you are enjoying yourselves as the guests of honor. We will serve as the primary liaison for event staging and execution, working closely with the Venue Coordinator and all Event Pros. We ensure your ceremony and reception are set up correctly per your pre-approved diagrams (tables, chairs, dance floor, staging, auxiliary tables, bar, food stations, etc.) We assist with various duties such as: set up of escort and/or place cards, menus and favors, table names/numbers, custom signage, décor, etc. We coordinate transportation for the wedding party and family. We distribute any final payments and tips to Event Pros. And at the end of the party, we make sure all rental items are picked up/returned and personal items are loaded in pre-determined vehicles. Whenever you’re ready, we see the newlyweds off! Maybe you’ll decide to have a special choreographed “JUST MARRIED” DEPARTURE!

We will help you with everything from concept to completion. Whether the celebration of your love will be intimate or grandiose, we have the resources, network and savvy to be your wedding planning, styling and management solution! This is a once in a lifetime celebration. Don’t risk realizing your dreams to chance. BlissFULL Service Wedding Planning

You do all the planning, styling and booking of services, then we come in sixty days before your wedding and pull everything together into a pretty little package, what we call our “Big Day Dossier”. We confirm all of your services, develop the timeline/flow of events with you, assist with seating assignments, create diagrams of each of your spaces, write set & strike instructions for every last detail to ensure your vision is captured and more! The day of we bring a calm presence to guide you through your big day from one moment to the next. Because you won’t have to worry about what’s happening next, you’ll be able to just soak it all in, relax and enjoy yourselves while we bring your big day to life. We serve as the hub between your venue(s) and vendors the day of, managing all the logistics so you can be in the moment making memories to reflect on happily ever after.
