We love really getting to know our clients, learning what they love most about each other and what their passions are in life. We listen and observe more than we talk. We guide and advise you in creating YOUR Best. Day. Ever. It's your day, your way. 

We create celebrations worthy of popping corks! Life is too short not to celebrate every special moment, but we thrive on creating once in a lifetime celebrations! We are here to help you dream big, stress less, save time and maximize the value for your dollars. We are a boutique business and take on a limited number of events each year to ensure you receive the level of attention you deserve.

Why do we do what we do, the way we do? PTCP's owner spent the majority of her career in the Hospitality industry (nearly three decades). Making people happy is in her blood. She found her passion for celebrations over twenty years ago and finally brought her dream to fruition of bringing her own business to life in 2011. Her years of experience have made her a very well-rounded event professional. Because she has planned, designed and managed not only weddings but also birthdays, anniversaries, showers, holiday parties, business conferences, community events, business grand openings, private concerts, fundraising & awards galas, golf tournaments and more…..she sees things differently, it's given her a broader perspective.

We help bring our clients' visions to life by asking questions and truly listening to their wishes, engaging the senses and surprising and delighting guests. We take on a limited number of clients each season to ensure they get the time and attention they so deserve.  

The details should be FUN, not stressful! That's where we come in….Decades of experience in planning, styling and managing weddings and all kinds of events brings our clients peace of mind so they can relax and enjoy the process and most importantly enjoy their celebration!

Don't leave the success of your celebration of this kind of commitment to chance! Hire a Pro to help you! Planning a wedding is a process that is best done using a system. Certain things should be checked off the list before others. We've thought a lot about this over the last couple of decades so you don't have to.

Planning a wedding requires a lot of time, resourcefulness, creative thinking, decision making, serious organization and communication skills, an eye for design, understanding of logistics and attention to every little detail. Weddings can take 200+ hours to plan as a professional and we have all the resources at our fingertips. Do you really have that kind of time and patience in addition to what your life already entails?

We're not saying we want to plan your big day without you, we want to help you! It's your day, your way! We'll just make it more fun and way easier for you - saving you time, minimizing your stress and maximizing your dollars! We'll guide you through our thoughtful process, advising you along the way. We have a system, a method to our madness you might say. We'll present you with ideas and choices. You'll make the decisions according to your preferences, priorities and budget. Then we'll pull everything together into a pretty little package and manage your big day so that you can just enjoy!

Because every clients' needs are different, we will build a custom package for each couple. We are happy to provide whatever level of service you might need depending on what you've accomplished already, what you maybe just don't want to deal with and what you don't even know you need yet! We can figure it out together! 


We love all kinds of celebrations! What's the occasion? A surprise 50th birthday bash for your spouse? Your parents' 50th anniversary? College graduation? The grand opening of a new business? A holiday dinner for your spouse's board of directors?

Whatever the occasion, we would love to assist you and your loved ones in putting together a spectacular party whether it’s a surprise or everyone is in the know, local or destination extravaganza. Let us guide you through every step to create an occasion everyone will remember with a smile. (Pricing starts at $750)

Maybe you're planning an event and just need a professional opinion or referrals, or help with logistics or developing a Plan "B". We are happy to provide professional virtual assistance via phone, email or Zoom.

Drop us a note and let us know what you're needing assistance with along with what days/times are best for you to connect and we'll get a virtual appointment scheduled for you. We offer assistance in 30 minute increments with a minimum of three hours purchased. Three hours (or six 30 minute appointments) for $300.
